OrthoList is a compendium of C. elegans genes with human orthologs derived
from a meta-analysis of results from four orthology prediction programs
(Shaye and Greenwald, 2011).
This online tool:
- Allows input of one or more worm genes (even large sets) to retrieve the resulting human ortholog(s)
- Allows input of one, or more, human genes (also able to do large sets), in Ensembl ENSG format, to retrieve the resulting C. elegans ortholog(s)
- Gives the feeding RNAi clone locations from the Ahringer library
- Allows search results to be downloaded as a CSV
document, which can be read by text-editing and/or spreadsheet software.
